The Hillsborough Merchants Association is a program of the Hillsborough/Orange County Chamber of Commerce. By accessing the Hillsborough Merchants Association (HMA) website at www.hillsboroughmerchants.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please review these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall HMA, the Hillsborough/Orange County Chamber of Commerce, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, our website, any websites linked to it, any content on our website, or such other websites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Specifically, we will not be liable for:
1. Errors, Mistakes, or Inaccuracies: Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content.

Maximum Liability
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, HMA's and the Hillsborough/Orange County Chamber of Commerce’s liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for use of our website during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising.
